• E-commerce & Web Development (Websites, web apps, e-commerce stores, API integrations)
• POS Systems (Custom POS solutions, inventory tracking, sales analytics, multi-branch management)
• ERP & Business Automation (Finance, HR/payroll, supply chain, workflow automation)
• LMS Solutions (Online learning platforms, course/student management, exams & certifications)
• Graphic Design & Branding (Logo design, brand identity, creatives, website UI/UX design)
• Business Profiles & Tracking (Google & Meta Business setup, GTM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
• Automation & Technical Support (WhatsApp automation, order notifications, maintenance, technical support)

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in separate project agreements or statements of work.

• Project deposits are required before work commences
• Milestone-based payments may apply for larger projects
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties.

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Completed work will be delivered to the client
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

CodeSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
